Where are you located?
We are a UK based company. We print our t-shirts in the USA and the UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Kingdom Vibes currently ships to the United Kingdom and United States.
UK orders are printed and shipped locally in the UK, while US orders are printed and shipped within the United States. This helps us provide reliable delivery, consistent quality and competitive shipping costs.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package's journey—right to your doorstep.
What materials are your products made of?
Soft on your skin, mindful of the planet. Crafted from 100% ethically sourced, ring-spun U.S. cotton, our tees support sustainable farming practices through the US Cotton Trust Protocol and are dyed using certified non-toxic, eco-friendly processes.
- Solid Colors: Made from 100% ring-spun cotton. Ring-spun cotton twists the cotton fibers more tightly and smoothly than standard cotton, resulting in a much softer texture and a high-stitch density ideal for printing.
- Blend Colors: To achieve textured or heathered looks, certain colorways blend polyester with the cotton.
- Sport Grey & Antique Colors: 90% cotton / 10% polyester.
- Graphite Heather: 50% cotton / 50% polyester.
- Dark Heather & Regular Heathers: 35% cotton / 65% polyester (or 60/40 in newer CVC variants)
How long does delivery take?
UK and USA: Please allow 3–5 working days for processing before dispatch. Delivery is then usually within 4 working days of dispatch. During busy periods or public holidays, processing can take up to 7 working days. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your chosen shipping method and any courier delays.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with labels and packaging. Original shipping costs are refundable. Customers pay return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty. To request a return, email info@kaiomarketing.com.
