SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders shall ordinarily be dispatched from our shipping partners within five working days. Customers are advised to allow a period of three to five working days for the processing of orders prior to dispatch. During periods of high demand, such as promotional events or public holidays, processing times may extend to a maximum of seven working days before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Orders destined for delivery within the United Kingdom or United States are, in the usual course, expected to arrive within four working days of dispatch, subject always to any unforeseen delays occasioned by the courier or other third parties. The precise duration of shipment will depend upon the delivery method selected at the point of checkout. For the avoidance of doubt, Kingdom Vibes accepts no liability for orders lost or stolen whilst in transit.

For deliveries to addresses outside the United Kingdom or United States, customers should allow an additional period of seven to twenty-one working days  (e.g. Australia) for receipt of their order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day.
