Refund Policy
1. General Return and Exchange Conditions
1.1. Please note: All products are made to order. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error with your order. Items cannot be returned for being the wrong size or if you have simply changed your mind.
Please review your order carefully before confirming. If your item of clothing is the wrong size or you have changed your mind, we suggest donating it to somebody else to bless them. Please do not return it to us, as we have no means of storing or reselling returns.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, goods must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from animal or human hair, devoid of any odours, including but not limited to smoke, cologne, or deodorant, and accompanied by original labels and packaging.
1.3. The cost of shipping for returned goods rests solely with the customer and shall not be reimbursed or credited by the company. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
1.4. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the expiration of the fourteen (14) day period stipulated herein.
1.5. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), please allow up to seven (7) business days for the return to be processed.
2. Refunds
2.1. Where the return is approved, reimbursement shall be issued exclusively to the original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date approval is communicated.
2.2. Should the customer’s financial institution or card provider impose additional delays such are beyond the control or responsibility of the company.
2.3. For inquiries surpassing fifteen (15) business days following refund approval, contact info@kaiomarketing.com for further assistance.
3. Exchange Procedure
3.1. To initiate an exchange, the customer must return the item in accordance with the provisions detailed above, including instructions and order number. Only orders where there is a defect or error will be considered for exchange.
3.2. Exchanges are contingent upon available stock. Where requested merchandise is unavailable, a refund will be processed for the returned item.
3.3. Exchange requests are processed promptly upon scanning of the provided shipping label; product availability is not reserved until that time.
3.4. Multiple exchange orders must be returned separately; orders consolidated in one package may experience delays or cancellation of the exchange request.
3.5. In cases of goods damaged in transit or received in error, notify support at info@kaiomarketing.com, providing order reference, purchaser’s contact details, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or error.
4. Defective or Incorrect Goods
4.1. Customers receiving defective or incorrect goods are entitled to report such incidents to info@kaiomarketing.com.
4.2. The company shall rectify the order in accordance with statutory obligations and offer a discount code of twenty percent (20%) off the customer’s next purchase, where a product is proven defective.
4.3. Sufficient evidence, including images clearly depicting the defect, discrepancy, and item details, must accompany such claims.
5. Colour Representation Disclaimer
5.1. The company does not guarantee perfect colour representation, as product appearance may vary due to monitor display settings or manufacturing variations between brands or batches.
6. Discount Codes
6.1. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively or after transaction confirmation; customers are responsible for accurate application of codes prior to purchase finalisation.
6.2. Only a single discount code, inclusive of Free Shipping offers, may be used in any transaction.
7. Statutory Rights
7.1. This policy does not limit nor exclude any statutory rights afforded to consumers pursuant to applicable law.
