The company we use for printing and to fulfil our orders has been in business for decades and states that it is committed to ethical sourcing, with a Code of Conduct for suppliers that prohibits forced or child labour and outlines expectations for fair labour practices and safety standards. They also print everything in-house, giving them control over product quality and employment standards, which is why we use them, even though they cost more than many other printers on the market who don't have the same high standards.

It will take a total of 2–5 business days to create and print your order (otherwise known as fulfilment) plus the shipping time, which varies by location and shipping method.

You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email you received, which should contain a tracking number and link. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the initial shipment notification.
